Keep the Project Manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
Coordinate with vendors regarding assigned task
Attend client meetings and assist with determination of Project requirements.
Identify, assign, and follow‐up on work activities of team members
Implementing the action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines
Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
Quality assurance of survey, CAD design, Heat maps and civil design.
Ekahua AP plotting, spectrum analyzer reporting
Correspondence with the Universities POCs for verification of existing network information and requirement.
Identification of technical & non-technical related issues from University POCs and report to Project Manager.
Manage the field visit of teams for North & Central region.
