Required Customer Support Representative.
The agents will do the following work:
- Outbound calls; Connect with leads which come through their ads, eg. someone signed up and did not move forward.
- Incoming chats, tickets and calls from current and new clients.
- In the morning most of the queries will be regarding pick-ups as that is the time when drivers come to pick up the cars and return them by 8 pm.
- In the afternoon the queries may be more regarding payments and daily running of the cars.
Outbound calls:
- 30-50 per agent.
- 150-300 leads are generated/day and the calls are based on this number.
- 50-60 current drivers are working and 50-80% chats and tickets are from this base.
Days:
- 5 days per week + 1 or 2 weekends in one month.
