We are seeking an experienced call center agent for Inbound Customer Support position for US based clients. This position does NOT involve Telemarketing or cold calling.

We offer excellent work ethics, professional environment, support by senior members and a prime location at Model Town Link Road, Lahore. This is a career growth opportunity for right fit with QA bonuses.

You will be required to answer phone calls, emails and chats; primary duties include:

Answering phone calls professionally
Providing Customer Support for our clients based in US
Assisting customers with their issues and/or responding to their inquiries
Making follow up outbound calls as needed
Responding to emails and live chat inquiries

You are a great fit if:

You can speak English fluently and in neutral or US accent
You can deliver excellent Customer Service

You have good system handling and can work efficiently on computer / laptop

Job timings will be from 6pm onwards (US hours). Salary package is 30,000 to 35000 during probation and 40,000 after probation + Performance incentive upto Rs. 5000 as well as option to work extra hours.
