We are urgently looking for "Sales Manager" to help us increase our revenue and generate leads for us from International Market.

Who we are:

We offer Inbound Customer Support / Call Center services to businesses based in US, Canada, UK and other countries. We work as back office and support center for international businesses and help them with phone answering, email and live chat support.

What we require from you:

You will be required to lead sales team, generate business for us and find companies / businesses who would be interested in using our services. We expect you to:

Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Generates sales lead using cold calls, email campaigns, sales navigators, and other sources.
Meet planned sales goals.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
Provide ongoing training to the sales team.
Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Design innovative marketing strategies to increase sales.
Offer our services and setup final meeting to relevant party.
Offer feedback and help improve processes
To be a successful sales professional, you should keep up-to-date with the product features & services features of our company.

We are looking for a dedicated individual having 7 - 10 years’ of relevant working experience and a passion for sales (candidates having US sales background will be preferred). In addition to the basic salary, we are offering health insurance, annual paid leaves, bonuses and uncapped commissions.
