THE DIGI TECH RESOURCE GROUP is looking for a hiring a “Project Manager” to join our SOFTWARE DEPARTMENT. To develop and manage ours in order to ensure Product Quality. As a Project Manager, your duties can be diverse and comprehensive.

Duties & Responsibilities

Build close relationships & Liaison with US-based Manager to drive team deliverables and team goals
Develop manage and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risk, deliverables, and resources.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks and devise contingency plans
Communicate project status, key developments, updates, and problems to teams (both technical and non-technical) in other disciplines
Communicate with team members to clarify project expectations in a timely and clear fashion; Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately
Use scrum software development processes. Must be able to switch between these methodologies and should have the ability to tailor them according to the project needs.
Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross-functional team assigned to the project.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 1.5 Years of relevant experience
Knowledge of data warehousing applications, processes, and systems.
Business Analysis/Business Intelligence experience interfacing with customers to collect, refine, design, analyze, test, and support large Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse projects and applications requirements leveraging data from ERP, CX, Finance, HR, and other business domains.
Technical experience with DW/BI tools, such as Micro Strategy, ODI, Tableau, etc.
Knowledge of cloud-based services, such as OCI, ADW.
Knowledge of cross-functional project methods and techniques.
Knowledge and/or experience with various project management methodologies. These may include agile methods such as Scrum, predictive methodologies, Waterfall.
Experience with Project Management tools using Office 365 to provide cross-functional resource management, reporting, Gantt charts, tracking, and work views.
Skilled in writing technical and non-technical project materials including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Skilled in planning and managing business intelligence projects.
Understanding data collection and analysis and working independently and on the team.
Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations/escalations in a highly visible department.
High level of energy, self-motivation, and strong customer focus.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (MS in project management)
2-5 years of management experience
Experience in managing technical teams and delivering high-quality products
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code
Experience with modern application architecture, agile, and Microsoft development
