Dignosco is the pioneer of College Counselling in Pakistan and caters to students across top schools and universities within and outside Pakistan. This has resulted in 100+ ivy admissions, 33 oxbridge and over pkr 20 billion in scholarships since 2009. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

The person will be responsible for creating a library of images, graphics and illustrations related. Their core responsibility is to create animations and videos for the brand based on the scripts and directions that they are provided.
Should be well-versed with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
Interest in typographic skills.
The designer will be tasked to create designs for social media and print media (flyers, brochures, print adverts) including videos and animations.
Automatic understanding of how to set up design assets to optimize work.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Natural creative eye, refined by years of creative research.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Manage time effectively, to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

At least BSc or BFA

Preferred Skills

2 year of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
Creative thinking
Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task

Dignosco is a social enterprise that creates Human Capital through specialized Management Consultancy & College Counseling solutions across Emerging Markets.I had moved back to Pakistan after having spent 6 years in the US and was shocked to see that most private schools and universities were struggling with their students college placements. The most noticeable factors for the decline in admissions to leading universities globally and the college placements for the average student across emerging markets were lack of awareness about higher education opportunities, minimal one-on-one guidance opportunities, and lack of credible counseling resources. It was in this context that I launched Dignosco in 2009 as a social enterprise focused on human capital creation through a Facebook group Dignosco is a social enterprise that provides College and Career Counseling across Pakistan, North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East Asia. We have offices in Lahore and Karachi led by a team of young professionals with background in Social Sciences Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Equity. They have attended Yale, Oxford, UCL, NYU, National University of Singapore and LUMS.
