This has resulted in 100+ ivy admissions, 33 oxbridge and over pkr 20 billion in scholarships since 2009. What you need to deliver

Conduct research and prepare reports for segments across undergraduate, graduate and MBA education at the top universities across the world
Create and manage product materials for Undergrad, Graduate, MBA and Student Advisory Programs
Maintain individual client files and manage client communication for all counseling products including: undergraduate, graduate, MBA, school abroad, foundation, college road map, student advisory program
Assist students and Sales teams with information related to student recruitment for top universities across the globe
Track login details, and operational status of applications and admission decisions for all clients
Manage centralized counseling email address and maintain queries and documents review list
Support marketing, business development, and sales team data requests from Counseling department
Develop and manage Dignosco Alumni network for US, UK, & MBA programs
Build and manage Dignosco Counselors' Network
Supervise and manage Assistant Manager Counseling Department who shall be responsible for creating and managing product materials, conducting research and developing research packs, engaging US universities, building presentations for events / projects / development / training material, etc., and developing and monitoring student leadership projects.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from international University.

Preferred Skills

Strong writing and communication skills
Articulate, confident, natural net worker and presenter
Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task
Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, Excel and Power Point preferred

Dignosco is a social enterprise that creates Human Capital through specialized Management Consultancy & College Counseling solutions across Emerging Markets.I had moved back to Pakistan after having spent 6 years in the US and was shocked to see that most private schools and universities were struggling with their students college placements. The most noticeable factors for the decline in admissions to leading universities globally and the college placements for the average student across emerging markets were lack of awareness about higher education opportunities, minimal one-on-one guidance opportunities, and lack of credible counseling resources. It was in this context that I launched Dignosco in 2009 as a social enterprise focused on human capital creation through a Facebook group Dignosco is a social enterprise that provides College and Career Counseling across Pakistan, North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East Asia. We have offices in Lahore and Karachi led by a team of young professionals with background in Social Sciences Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Equity. They have attended Yale, Oxford, UCL, NYU, National University of Singapore and LUMS.
