• Recognize opportunities to upsell our services.
• Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from clients.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Provide periodic reports to company management on work activities.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Must be efficient in completing aligned tasks in time.
Requirement:
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• US/UK Accent Preferred.
• Candidate should be Bachelors minimum.
• Must have 2-3 years’ experience as Call Center Representative.
• Experience conversing with international clients.
• Must possess flawless telephone manners.
