Identify vendors w.r.t. the material purchase requirements at company’s sites.
Take quotations, perform negotiations on cost and prepare quote comparison summary for review of director.
Responsible to ensure that bulk purchasing of material is done from the vendor approved by director and ensure the timely delivery of the material at site as per the specifications.
Responsible for the maintenance of Building materials
Coordinate with consultants regarding cost estimation of the material and take the best quotation
Responsible for the compilation of Data related to design and their specific sheets.
Responsible for making Master Plan for coordination and approval activities and ensure it is up to date.
