Basic Qualifications

Comfortable with computer technologies and the command line
Basic troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
High aptitude to learn new computer skills, technologies, and software
Results-oriented
Ability to multitask
Strong English is written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills

IT support experience
Programming experience
LAMP experience (Linux, Apache, and PHP)
Networking technologies experience
IP telephony, IP video experience

Education Minimum Requirement

Bachelor's
Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
