Description:

We are looking for an experienced billing & collections resource to join our team as a Senior Supervisor – Billing & Collections. He/she will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks, being responsible for the accurate and timely recording and reporting of all transactions related to billing and AR.

Skills Required:

Communication Skills, Microsoft Excel, Numerical & Analytical Skills

Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure compliance with objectives of billing and collections
Process all transactions related to billing and AR in the system
Provide solutions to any billing/AR-related problem of clients
Handle all types of billing inquiries from customers
Maintain and update customers’ database
Diligent and pro-active follow-ups on e-mails
Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for higher management with clear and reliable data
Compile and maintain a central repository for documents and records of all transactions
