Job Description:

A customer-oriented SharePoint/M365 Specialist to partner with ATSG clients in the

planning, administration, development, implementation, and support of SharePoint and M365

environments both On-Premises and Online.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, and support of Microsoft SharePoint and M365 solutions

• Migrate SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 On-premise to M365 SharePoint Online

• Develop workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Platform

• Collaborate and partner with other team members such as SharePoint administrators and other

IT resources

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)

• Power Bi experience

• Proficient in SharePoint

• Proficient in M365 development

• Proficient in Canvas Apps

• At least 5 experience in customer-oriented SharePoint/M365 planning and implementation

• Proficient with migration tools, such as Sharegate

• Understanding of M365 products, including Exchange, OneDrive, Planner, Microsoft Azure,

and Active Directory

• Experience with documentation of findings/solutions/fixes

• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a

customer-facing environment

• Must be a team player and work collaboratively with other team members and external parties

to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers,

vendors and partners, and across all levels

• Ability/flexibility for after-hours work and escalations in support of our 24x7xAlways operation

• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments
