Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced collections resource to join our team as a Senior Supervisor – Collections. He/she will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks, being responsible for the accurate and timely recording and reporting of all cash receipt transactions related to billing and AR.

Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure compliance with objectives collections
Follow collections process cadence established by management
Process all transactions related to AR in the system
Accurately post cash receipts to customer accounts
Provide solutions to any AR-related problem of clients
Maintain and update customers’ database
Diligent and proactive follow-ups on e-mails, calls, service suspension notifications on accounts with outstanding balances at >60 days
Establish relationships with Sales and Operations counterparts to assist in the collections process

Qualifications:

Reporting skills
Billing process knowledge
Account receivable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft excel
Numerical & analytical skills
