Key responsibilities:
- Strong grasp on PHP as a language.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Writing, modifying and updating software written in the PHP programming Language
- Experience with CMS systems (Wordpress)
- Front-end Knowledge in HTML, CSS Javascript
- Understanding of and experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks
- Experience with relational SQL databases (MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL data stores: MongoDB
- Understanding of cache stores (Redis)
- Knowledge of git (GitHub/GitLab)
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Troubleshoot diagnose and provide issue resolution
- Work with project managers and other members of the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Self-starter and proactive with a positive can-do attitude
