Job Title:

- Customer Sales Representatives

Skills Required:

· Proficient English verbal communication skills.

· Having 1+ years of experience in the call center industry.

· Able to pitch the customers with the product/service script.

Responsibilities:

· Outbound Dialing – Offering promotion for software products

· Responding to Inbound queries

· Making potential leads/customers.

· Managing emails

Preferred:

· Experience in working for the software industry would be a plus.

· Experience in preferrable North American & European regions

· Knowledge of existing market trends and sales strategies in software companies.
