We are an emerging Digital Marketing firm looking for a Receptionist/ Front Desk Officer to assist our local & foreign clients & to answer phone calls and take messages.
The candidate will be answering phone calls of local & foreigners and shall be fluent in English.
The candidate must know how to carry her self.
The candidate must have good interpersonal communication skills.
The candidate will work from our Islamabad office.
The working hours will be 10:00am to 7:00pm (Mon-Fri).

Position Qualifications:

Candidate MUST be fluent in ENGLISH
Bachelor’s in Business or communication a plus
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 to 5 years

Position Responsibilities:

Take calls from potential ®ular clients and company’s other contacts
Ensure cleanliness off entire office
Accommodate visitors, job candidates, and Clients.
Get rooms ready for interviews or conferences.
Record, file, and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail.
Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities.
Maintain inventory of office stationery and help with procurement
Assist with administrative tasks and provide administrative support as needed
Assist in compliance tasks.
Manage the recruitment process, screen CVs, arrange, and conduct interviews as required.
Salary Package: 20k-25k
