Responsible for the development of quality store management, monitoring the quality of Team Member Trainings, coordination & delivery of new training system, complete knowledge of products and procedures, assessing the general operational needs of the stores and implement corrective trainings, conduct train the trainer sessions and ensure the completion of all training levels/ courses, by the Store Managers and Team Members.
2+ years formal training experience in a multi-unit environment with a dispersed workforce.
QSR experience is not compulsory.
Specialization in HR will be preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, motivational skills, positive attitude, presentation skills & proficient in MS Office application and professional demeanor required
