Job Role

Route Planning
Generate, Update and Edit orders on Delivery Management System
Coordinate Inter & Intra city transportation
Freight forwarding plan
Drafting monthly analytical operational reports with suggestions on improvement of operations
Coordinate with delivery agents
Keep track of Agent COD receivables
Confirm customer addresses
Keeping recipients up-to-date on their orders
Ensuring adherence to lead times

Requirements/Skills

Should be adept at Microsoft Office Suite
Should have prior experience of operating a software
Ability to read and comprehend English
Should have sound knowledge of the logistics industry
