We are looking for a robust mobile app developer who welcomes engineering and maintenance tasks. The primary focus will be implementing new user interfaces and features with automated unit and integration tests.

You will be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated. The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You’ll also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
Suggest and implement new mobile products, applications, and protocols
Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile apps
Work closely with colleagues to constantly innovate app functionality and design
Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Communicate with users to understand their needs and experiences
Evaluate existing applications to update and add new features
Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new web and mobile applications
Support in planning out the blueprints for the new projects, including defining the scope, setting
deadlines, and indicating tests and maintenance.
Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all applications
in all stages of completion.
Developing technical handbooks to represent the design and code of new applications
Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile apps

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience with system design, programming, and data structuring
Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market
Experience programming in C++, Java, or Swift
Experience with OOP design principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to distill complex technical plans into easily understandable concepts for executive reports.
