Fast growing software company in e-commerce domain is seeking customer service representatives to receive, investigate and respond to consumer and vendor inquiries regarding products and services provided via partner ecommerce websites

  • Answer incoming customer calls and determine their requirements
  • Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up in CRM
  • Place outbound calls to customers when necessary to advise and/or obtain information necessary to process orders
  • Work with Account Managers, Technical Support, Training, Finance, and Sales to ensure customer’s questions are resolved
  • Handle irate customers in a professional manner
  • Record all customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience with the Online Store websites
  • Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
