Key Responsibilities

As a member of Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Head of HR is responsible to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of IMDC/ANTH.
Develop and Implement HR strategies for Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, OD, Training and Employee Relations.
Continuously review and propose changes in HR policies and procedures.
Foster a corporate culture and environment for Talent Management, Promoting employee performance through a merit driven result oriented mindset, employee development, career and succession planning.
Induct HR best practices and processes to ensure that the organization’s Human Capital is its long term irreversible competitive advantage.
Enhance Employee Involvement, Engagement and commitment through intensive employee interaction, internal communication and employee events.

Required Education, Experience and Competencies

· Masters’ degree in Business Administration (HR) with 15 years of core HR experience including 5 years as Head of HR in a large organization. Experience in Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

· Candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience of critical and professional role of HR in a corporate business.

· International certification in HR will be an added advantage.

· S/he should have excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, decision making and problem solving abilities along with highest level of integrity and work ethics.
