Responsibilities & Duties as Customer Support Officer / eCommerce Officer :

We required a person who can do multitasking i.e. chatting, emails, receive customer's phone calls, complaints and able to handle pressure.
Proficient with MS Office/ Google Docs & Sheets extra
Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails
Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests extra
Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with other departments like shipping & website management to make sure the customer receives the best experience.
Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales, Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
The candidate must have Good Urdu & English communication skills both written and verbal along with a pleasant accent.
Process orders and maintain proper google sheet for daily record keeping.
Offer support and solution to customers in accordance with the company’s vision.
Review orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, address issues, and fraud issues.
Keep update website about all type of information all the time as ecommerce officer with regular data entry after coordination with relevant team members extra
