Key Tasks:
- Supervise and leads foremen, lead man, Skilled labor and work crews in all activities. Concerned project resources
- Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other disciplines related to project and Engineering documentation.
- Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all QA/QC and Safety procedures, and all Company rules and regulations
- Manage sub-contractors by allocating evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors, monitoring and controlling performance.
- Responsible for tools assigned on a daily basis. Maintain good group relations during construction
- Comply with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or Accidents.
- Responsible for taking care his health and safety and that of others in the work place
- Comply with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project.
- Work with coordinator to submit reports of work performed each day.
- Responsible for accomplishing all the tasks as assigned by the senior line of reporting
- Acquiring use of proper equipments and measures to ensure safety.
- Provide adequate training to workers to ensure work efficiency.
