Dubicars is currently hiring a new Senior Software Engineer to join our successful team in Islamabad, Pakistan.

With headquarters in Dubai Media City, Dubicars was established in early 2014. The founders have more than 15 years of experience from classified sites and have launched numerous success stories all over the world. Currently, hundreds of dealerships advertise a total of 12,000 cars on Dubicars, making us UAE's largest car classified website.

We are now looking for strong candidates to further strengthen our team.

Senior Software Engineer - Front end:

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Product, UX and Engineering teams to develop fully functional software from designs, assets and mockups.

Skills required:

Must have 3+ years of front end web development experience.
Proficiency with Javascript, Jquery, ES6, HTML5, CSS3 and, Bootstrap.
Must have experience with css preprocessors such as SASS and LESS.
Experienced in building Single page applications (SPA) using JavaScript frameworks such as VueJS and React.
Experience working with Webpack, Grunt, Gulp and NPM packages.
Deep understanding of DOM and browser rendering.
Must have experience working with REST APIs.
Experience working with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
Experience with optimizing page load speed.
Write clean, testable code that’s hard to break.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable working with GIT.
Good problem solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to effectively work in a fast paced environment.
Highly developed English skills, written and oral.
Possibility to present live projects and code samples.
