The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of Sales and Business Development prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

This is a sales role for our B2B professional services and software products, which include (but are not limited to):

Payroll outsourcing
Employer of Record/Contract Staffing
Various portals for financial services, HR solutions, etc

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. primary emphasis shall be on developing a customer base outside Pakistan
Building a partner network for B2B sales
Be self-motivated and have a flare for sales
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
