We are looking for a highly dynamic & creative individual with a strong technical background to lead our web development team working mostly in PHP & associated technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years web development experience including 2+ years of team lead experience. He or she should be well versed with the following technologies:

PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AngularJS, Laravel

The selected candidate will be leading a highly talented team of developers, designers, & QA engineers that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, analysis, through to UI/UX, developing, testing, and launching.

Responsibilities

Coordination with the clients to understand the project requirements
Delegate the tasks to the team to ensure efficient productivity
Follow company standards to ensure clients' satisfaction
Track progress of team members and provide them guidelines
Provide regular updates to the clients about the status of the projects
Give necessary technical assistance to the team (if & when needed)
Review team members' performance and help them in improving their weak areas
Motivate & mentor team members

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
4+ years of web development experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, XML etc
Demonstrable knowledge of Database design, SQL and version control tools
Good knowledge of developing web services, REST APIs
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, PayPal, Twitter etc)
Strong analytical thinker, intellectually curious, attention to detail
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
