We are looking for Administration Officer to perform the following job duties & responsibilities:

  • Answering all reception calls and forwarding to desired extension
  • Efficiently implementing admin related procedure and policies
  • UPS maintenance
  • Office records maintenance
  • Petty cash management
  • Maintenance of office equipment
  • Purchasing of Equipment / Computer items
  • Office Supplies Purchasing
  • Employee Time Sheets / Leaves Management
  • Coordination with external service providers and vendors
  • Job Ads Postings and resume selection
  • Scheduling Interview for Candidates
  • Office Expenses Bookkeeping – Vouchers / Expense receipts handling
  • Interaction with Courier services
  • Bank interactions – Cheque deposits / withdrawals. Demand drafts
  • Documents filing
  • Updating the fixed assets records and responsible for physical check of fixed assets
  • Monitoring the cleanliness of the office and supervise the duties of support staff
  • Ensuring implement of Standard Operating Procedure
  • Assisting HR in preparing & distributing necessary documents & letters
  • Building and maintaining a friendly corporate culture
  • Provide support to staff on disciplinary issues etc.
  • Identify and resolve HR related issues of the organization as per guidance by immediate supervisor in an effective and efficient manner as and when required
  • Implementation of all company rules & procedures
  • Time to time any other task assigned by immediate supervisor and company management
  • Processing of vendors monthly invoices for payment
  • Handling of day to day administrative issues for smooth operations of the department
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B.Com., B.A., or B.Sc.)
