Software Engineer - X++

We are looking for a technical consultant/software engineer for our Karachi office, who will work in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP customizations, X++ and .Net development team in dealing with day to day development tasks for existing and new customers.

The right candidate should have technical background a minimum of 2 years of software development, priority will be given to candidates with a strong background with X++ , experience in .Net technology or exposure to financial applications will be a plus.

Responsible for the customization of the Dynamics AX 2012 and should be able to develop reports in SSRS. Should be detail oriented and enjoy thriving in a fast paced atmosphere. He/she should have experience in the complete development lifecycle and will participate in solution design, and concept visualization.

Development certification would be a plus point.

Skills Required:

· Hands-on experience in X++ customization

· Hands on experience in X++ project handling and deployment

· Sound Skills in Dotnet technologies

· Strong object oriented design skills (Highly desirable).

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills (Highly desirable)

Duties & Responsibilities

· Design, develop, debug, implement and support X++ based forms, classes, queries, reports and AIF services.

· Modify existing customizations to: correct errors, allow it to function in new operating environments, or improve performance.

· Suggest & implement best practices and techniques

· Adhere to and recommend improvements to project coding standards.

· Ability to work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control.
