Skills Requirements

Verbal and written proficiency in English
Basic understanding of e-commerce
Polite, Enthusiastic, and warm telephone manner
Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales and productivity.
Prior Sales/Customer service experience, preferably in IT sector
Ability to Adapt & Prioritize Across Multiple Tasks and Unexpected Situations and be able to lead the team
