Their work includes:

Maintain an organizational presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Design and develop creative growth strategies
In Consultation with the Designing team, undertake creative and innovative content to promote brand-focused messages
Work in collaboration with social media team members, including designing team and content creator
Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Design and implement digital marketing campaigns with minimum cost and maximum output
Maintain a proper record of assigned and accomplished tasks.
Apprise the management about new developments and suggested improvements /strategy
Ensure security and safety against negative trends
Observe the rules and policies of the organization

Requirements include:

Minimum education requirement: Intermediate
Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
