ESTAKS is a locally-owned, mid-sized Accounting & Data Management company offering a full-suite of premier services like Accounting, Billing and Data Entry services to our clients in the USA.

Job Overview:

ESTAKZ is immediately seeking full-time, highly skilled Call Center Associates to join our fast-growing customer service department. This position reports directly to the Manager and is responsible for providing great customer service to our clients.NO SELLING REQUIRED!

Education & Experience Required:

You MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. Computer science is preferred.
You MUST have 2-3 years of experience in International call center seating.
You MUST know English very well. Confident in speaking, writing and reading.
You MUST be excellent with computers and Ms-Office with a typing speed of minimum 50 wpm.
You MUST be reliable with your own transportation.
You MUST be willing to work Afternoon & Evening shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide extraordinary customer service to our callers in the healthcare industry.
Call and remind patients about their upcoming appointments with the doctors.
That’s all! You ONLY have these two job duties. NO SELLING REQUIRED!

Monthly Salary Package:

We are offering a base monthly salary between PKR: 50,000 and PKR: 75,000.
There are huge opportunities to make commissions and incentives in this job.
