ESTAKS is a locally-owned, mid-sized Accounting & Data Management company offering a full-suite of premier services like Accounting and Data Entry services to our clients in the USA.

Job Overview:

This job position MUST require a Masters's OR Bachelors Degree from an accredited university. As an Accounting & Data Entry Specialist, you will be provided proper training and tools to perform daily duties in a timely and professional manner. Most of the daily tasks/duties are easy to learn and perform on a daily basis for educated persones.

What we’re looking for:

2-3 years of experience in Accounting & Data Entry is preferred

MUST be excellent in English & Mathematics

Excellent with Computers, Internet and Ms-Office

Quick learner and a responsible professional

Typing speed of minimum 50 wpm

Have a reliable own transportation

Willing to work afternoon & evening shifts

Daily duties & responsibilities including but not limited to:

Perform accurate Data Entry duties as assigned by your manager.

Managing multiple Excel spreadsheets and entering high volume data.

Generate reports and respond to inquiries regarding data entered.

Ability to complete required tasks within the desired timeline provided.

Job timing & schedule:

Days: Monday - Saturday (6 days a week)Hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (8 hours a day)

Our prime office is located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, in the heart of the Karachi city - where we provide a respectful and professional environment for all of our male/female staff members.
