Job Requirements for DevOps resource:

Work with distributed team in an Agile Scrum process.
Build, scale, and maintain Dev. and Production infrastructure.
Develop and improve engineering systems including CI, CD, and automated services.
Use monitoring, log analysis tools, and other methods to ensure the reliability and performance of our platform.
Communicate status, and respond to questions in a clear and timely manner.
Able to juggle multiple priorities, learn new technologies, and adapt to change.

Required Technical Skills

Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent 4 or more years professional software engineering experience
1+ year working on Cloud Provider Service (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Ability to write and update shell scripts using bash
Experience troubleshooting across storage and compute areas to determine optimal performance
Experience with distributed source code repositories (e.g., Git)
Understanding of relational databases (Microsoft SQL server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, ECS, GKE)

Nice to Have

Professional JavaScript experience (front-end or back-end)
Experience with continuous integration environments (e.g., Travis, Jenkins, CircelCI)
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker Swarm and similar orchestration technologies
Experience with automation technologies to build, deploy and integrate both infrastructure and applications (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
Experience configuring and using monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, VictorOps, CloudWatch, Stackdriver)
Familiarity with security best practices
