A US based rapidly growing ecommerce company is looking to hire top talent from one of the best universities in Lahore. We’re looking for candidates in business analytics and business intelligence areas for our office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

1) Manager Business Analytics (BA) / business intelligence will be accountable for managing large amount of data, drive business analytics, and transform complex data into actionable business solutions.

2) Develop database to store large amount of data sourced from 400+ suppliers to store data effectively and securely, and then establish queries extract information for variety of business requirements.

3) Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.

4) Work with key business unit and across different teams to understand, redefine and create new analytics for top Finance and sales team leaders.

5) Lead efforts of developing compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports

6) Presentation and communication of results of analysis in a clear and effective manner is critical to successful performance in this role.

7) Partner with sales, management, and other teams to develop dashboards in response to specific requests.

Requirements:

1) BS / MS degree in Computer Science preferably from FAST or LUMS universities.

2) 5+ years of Business & BI Tools experience like Power BI, SQL/Oracle or other BI tool for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation

3) Responsible for business analytics work through all phases, including data quality, data analysis, data visualization, and presentation of results and deliverables

4) Advanced MS office skills, especially advanced Excel skills (Data Analysis and writing Macro).

5) Developing metrics, explaining data, making templates from data

6) Expertise in a Data Visualization tools & Data analysis and data presentation skills

7) Expertise in streamlining and automation of business processes and systems is highly desirable and added plus.

8) Experience in financial services, with thorough knowledge of financial services products, customers, transactions and interaction data

9) Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights

10) Ability to data mine, analyze data, and present insights in a meaningful way

11) Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnership with Senior Business unit management, business partners and project sponsors, as well as communicate effectively with business, and development teams, end users, and product owners (both technical and non-technical audiences)

12) Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

13) Strong organization and project management skills

14) Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
