Marketing Brand Acquisition Officer

eConceptions is looking for talented Marketing Acquisition and Brand Officer. This role will be working on contacting Top Brands of the country and signing them on the Service with top brands deals and discounts.

Main Accountabilities:

· Lead the team in delivery of acquisition marketing activity ensuring it is delivered on time, on budget and meets the needs of customers and internal stakeholders alike

· Be a guardian of the brand; build, protect and align it with the Customer Strategy at all times and through all channels/media.

· Ensure marketing materials reflect the current brand and are consistent and aligned

· Delivery of promotional material to support products and services (both new to market and modified)

· Manage budgets effectively and actively and keep key stakeholders aware of the budgetary position when required

· Create positive relationships with agencies and third parties, ensuring that all activity is aligned, approved, timely and within budget

· Be an inspirational leader for the team, setting the tone with energy and confidence, actively encouraging innovative thinking, challenge, collaboration and pride.

Key Requirements:

· Experience of planning and management of marketing campaigns

· Strong experience of driving activity and managing brand

· Leadership/People Management - experience of leading a team

· Experience of creative evaluation and briefing

· Exposure to digital marketing and will be comfortable with multichannel campaigns
