Key Responsibilities:

• Existing VAS/Web/App product life cycle management.

• Lead/Coordinate/Manage telecom operators for business requirements, support and issue resolution.

• Overseeing advertising campaigns (Social Media / SMS) and monitor the performance.

• Lead/coordinate/ manage CFTs (Cross Functional Teams) like IT, Engineering, Content, Finance etc. to execute smooth VAS operations.

• Initiate change requests (if necessary) for enhancement of products/solutions in coordination with the stakeholders.

• Track and record change requests of products and services with good documentation capabilities.

• Ensure smooth functioning of the VAS services and other solutions/products.

• To ensure support and maintenance of the services/solutions in place through the relevant/concerned teams.

• To carry out quality assurance of the products and implement streamlined QA processes.

• Responsible for effective and smooth client management.

• Manage cross functional teams for project planning and timely implementation and delivery of change requests.

• Product performance reporting and forecasting.

• Responsible for design and development of new product ideas as well as improvement of the current portfolio.

• A basic understanding of digital marketing.

• Management of Facebook and Google campaigns.

Skills and Competencies:

• Clear Marketing Concepts that would help in making product marketing plans and communication strategies

• Strong Analytical Skills that would help in measuring product performance

• Understanding of the Product Development Concept & Product Life Cycle Management with undivided focus on how it helps customer experience enhancement.

• Proficient in MS OFFICE e.g. Power point, Visio, Word, EXCEL for developing service-usage analytics and presentations

• Understanding of Content Marketing

• Ability to write engaging Content for Blogs, SMS promotions and Social/Digital Channels

• Result Driven & Deadline oriented

• Time management

• Ability to organize self and complete tasks as directed
