Job Description
- Interact with patients in USA to schedule their appointments.
- Provide support regarding patient's prescriptions, reports, and services.
- Convince previous patients to schedule appointments for follow up visits.
- Guide patients about the services we provide.
Job Specification
- Excellent command of English, with good American or Neutral accent
- Excellent communication (Listening, Speaking & Writing)
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Flexibility & Adaptability
