Preparation of financial statements
Maintain and finalization of trial balance on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Maintain software’s i-e Oracle, JD Edwards Enterprise One, ERP based fixed asset module including addition of fixed assets, costing of fixed assets, Depreciation processing, Disposals processing, Transfers and annual closing of fixed asset module.
Maintain Accounts payables and co-ordinate with supplier in case of any discrepancy occur
Prepare and maintain Bank reconciliation statements
Payroll processing
Liaison with statutory auditors and fulfill the all requirement regarding audit procedures.
Calculation of borrowing cost, markup income and markup expenses
Preparation of monthly and annual cash budget and its analysis
Prepare and maintain cash inflow and outflow on daily basis and report the same to the higher management
Deal with bank representatives regarding new bank account opening proceeding and all other operational queries
Correspondence with banks regarding bank financing and other related matters.
Prepare the cost sheet of the company and its analysis with previous financial statements.
Prepare and submission of tax regarding issues
Conduct complete tax audit of verification of sales, cost of goods sold, payroll, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
