This exciting role will work hand in hand with GM/Director Business Development to develop and implement business initiatives for company throughout Pakistan and supervise a team of energetic and talented Business Development Executives.

The qualified candidate will interface with all levels of the company. Position is challenging and is all about target oriented hence role’s evaluation will be processed by performance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Set effective priorities and ensures timely progress on key milestones and reporting, adapting approach to deal with changing needs and situations. Addresses obstacles and monitors progress to deliver on commitments
  • The ability to win current business while defining and executing the strategy to grow new business
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the factors that drive customer buying decisions, and how to create compelling value propositions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of how business and competitive factors influence customer purchase decisions
  • Demonstrates proactive drive and follow up on projects while thinking outside of the box
  • Previous track record with identifying, developing and implementing best practices to expand cross-selling opportunities that yield high realization successes
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills and understanding how to prioritize work and objectives settings
  • Overseeing Daily Business Operations and follow up with all Team Members
  • Developing and implementing Rapid Business Growth Strategies
  • Training Mid/low-level Managers and Staff (whereever and whenever required)
  • Create and Manage Budgets and controls
  • EvaluatePerformance and productivity of each teams by KRA’s/JDs
  • Analyzing, accounting and financial data for bench marking and planning
  • Research and identify growth opportunities with timely proposal sharing
  • Generate reports and giving presentations to CEO and teams as well at their level
  • Promote and maintain a high level of visibility for the Company’s business, products and services Pakistan
  • Visit and meet customers and build strong network with contractors in this business
  • Maintain high level relationships with the Company’s existing clients/partners
  • Efficient team management and performance evaluation of each department
  • Ensure up-beat team moral and adherence to company’s vision
