We are looking for exceptional people who have great conversational and communication skills.

You will be dealing with English speaking customers predominantly from the UK, USA, Australia and Ireland.

We will provide training and equal growth opportunities to all our employees.

Highly proficient in English
Have impeccable conversational and communication skills
Have a can-do attitude
Experience of Call Centre will be preferred
Be willing to learn and grow
Motivated, possess selling skills
Be hardworking & punctual

The role offered by the company entails:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Knowing our software products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Salary will be offered according to ability & experience.
