- Perform gap analysis between ERP/HCM functionality and client requirements.
- Write design documentation and corresponding functional specifications.
- Communicate functional specs with Developers.
- Write test scenarios and perform testing.
- Assist customer with data migration.
- Train users on to our customized made HCM solution.
- Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the entire process.
