Efu Life Assurance Private Limited is hiring High achieving Sales Managers/ Sales Executives to join a young, dynamic start-up . You are required to be able to start immediately, ideally. What are we looking in you?To qualify… You should be a having 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, operations or administration.
Sales experience as manager business development or sales manager is mandatory with experience of managing team under your supervision, Sales & Operations Manager will enjoy a varied role developing and evaluating new opportunities whilst supporting key operational tasks.
Whether you are identifying new leads and markets; meetings and industry events; preparing presentations / proposals; working closely with marketing.managing external logistic partners, you will be key in ensuring maximum sales of their high quality service. Should be able to achieve your & team targets and overachieve them.
Being sales manager remember target achievement is the basic parameter to judge you & your team performance.Working in a fast-paced, buzzing environment, you will be someone who can take the initiative and get the job done – thriving under pressure and enjoying being part of the team.

Qualification & Experience:You must be a business graduate from well-known institution with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, business development & operations.
