Multiple positions exist in the inbound and outbound call center.
The job exists to respond and resolve queries and issues from the clients appropriately via recorded calls, while maintaining and improving relationships between the clients and the Company.
The incumbents will be required to make outbound calls pertaining to, but not limited to, sales, returning documents and cheques, client address verification, delivery of gifts, booking travel plans, verification of special reinstatements, verification of client’s surrender and marketing campaigns.
