Job location is Rawalpindi.

Candidates fulfilling the following criteria are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:BBA/MBA/MPA/MDS/BS(Hons) Management Sciences/B.Com. Marketing/Sales/Finance graduates will be preferred.
Age 24 years and above.
Effective communications skills. (Fluency in English/Urdu might be tested).
Committed and Goal Oriented.Selling skills.
Time management and RTM skills.Negotiation Skills.
Charming personality.
GO GETTER attitude.

Job Duties will include

To recruit the team of sale consultants as per the corporate strategy.
To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.
To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
To train sales team and develop them.
To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations.

** Candidates with insurance industry experience will be preffered.
