We are seeking passionate and results-driven individuals to join their teams as Insurance Sales Representatives.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to help individuals and businesses secure their future through comprehensive insurance and takaful solutions.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and prospect for potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to understand their insurance requirements.
Present and explain insurance products and takaful plans to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and coverage options.
Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific needs and budget of each client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, but candidates with a strong sales background and customer service skills will also be considered.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Familiarity with insurance products and takaful concepts is a plus.
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
