Responsible to maintain the accuracy and functionality of CRM database.
Monitor relationship with existing customers through CRM system.
Development and implement client engagement techniques that will retain existing customers.
Responsible for generation and execution of sales and purchase agreement from all parties.
Responsible for handing over SPA to customer and documents control department.
Responsible for scanning all the SPAs to maintain record.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technical problems and resolve them.
