Assist Sales Operation with sales ERP booking, REC management database, reporting and liaise with CSS department to expedite indirect commission.
Creating memo for approval of management.
Raise PR/PO for CRM/Sales for, Travel, Fuel, Hotel, Per Diems and Air fare.
Assist in generation & execution of sales & purchase agreement from all parties.
Responsible for scanning all the Memos/SPAs to maintain record.
Maintain records of giveaways for the clients.
Assist Sales with administrative tasks such as arranging site visits for clients, preparing collaterals (& dispatching to regional offices) and sales kits, follow up with admin and IT to provide laptop and sims to new joiners. Provide business card.
Follow up with finance on sales reimbursement.
Update on organizational structure -Sales and circulate between relevant departments.
Maintain sales forecasting pipelines in line with target VS achievements reporting and delivering to senior management.
Keep track of all shared deals reporting.
Send installment letters to client via email.
