  1. Key Responsibilities

 

    1. Creating records (leads, sales and appointments) in CRMs and Google sheets

    2. Maintaining records (leads, sales and appointments) in CRMs and Google sheets

    3. Closely tracking validated appointments and conducted demos

    4. Updating rescheduled appointments

    5. Monitoring Skype groups to get details of appointments and demos

    6. Ensuring the appointment and demo tracking sheets are regularly updated

    7. Assist in calculation of commissions based on sales KPIs

    8. Working closely with HR to maintain record of candidates interviewed and hired

    9. Maintaining, delivering and creating reports

    10. Maintaining records of contracts

    11. Maintaining and recording call logs and stats

    12. Close coordination with management and reporting of trends and numbers

  2. Performance Metrics

 

    1. No delay in data transfer

    2. Accuracy of data (validations, reschedules, cancels, sales etc)

    3. Consistency of numbers across multiple platforms

    4. Up-to-date validation numbers

    5. Willingness to assist management in improving overall data management
