Roles & Responsibilities:
Pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based), interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
Building applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
Creating job descriptions to post on social media platforms; must be active on LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, job portals, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Ensuring each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to client expectations
Client and candidate communication throughout all assignments, and serving as single point of contact for both sides
Developing a Candidate Management System, updated regularly to identify “high potential” candidates as part of the acquisition process
Candidate research, database management and networking calls
Liaising with colleges and universities for campus recruitment drives and career fairs to promote the company and assist qualified graduates with international opportunities
Attending conferences/recruitment events both on and off campus to represent the company
Remaining in contact with candidates to ensure successful integration into new role
Skills & Qualifications
HR or related degree with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
Excellent English communication skills – oral and written
Attention to detail in all aspects for work
Ability to create systems and processes for screening, evaluation, and finalizing candidates
Enough tech knowledge to be able to understand client’s requirements
Self-starter with an ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments
Creative thinker to create posts, pamphlets, newsletters
Strong people reading skills to analyse potential hires
