Job Description and Responsibilities
Manage and keep employee’s HR related record & compliance log.
General Administration, filing/record keeping, maintaining office decorum.
Manage and maintain commercial and/or other client documentation.
Prepare and manage documentation and processes related to tenders/bids, payments follow-up, advances etc.
Proactively communicate Internally and Externally over email and messaging platforms.
Handle and Maintain records in ERP
Work as a bridge between sales, technical support, service coordination and other departments
Occasionally participate in and handle tasks related to Operational Activities, events and meetups
Extending support in the Implementation of HR policies, running operational excellence programs, and ensure enforcement of policies related to code of conduct and general compliance
Any related tasks
Hardworking, passionate and dutiful.
Proficient with MS Windows, MS Excel and Email etc.
Ability to multitask and passion for precision
MS Office Suite
